Hagenauer Reserve is much loved by locals and athletes from across Australia.

In 2021 it was voted “Australia’s most popular running track”, amassing over 15,000 votes in a poll nationwide.

Despite being an icon for athletes over many years, upgrades are needed to its existing terracing, lighting, shading and access areas.

The Victorian Budget 22/23 has committed $400,000 towards these improvements.

However, as a Council-owned facility we seek Whitehorse City Council’s support with a matching funding contribution to deliver these needed improvements in full.
